Restriction of Hazardous Substances Statement

RoHS Compliance Certification - January 2018

Central Steel Fabricators is committed to consistently providing high quality reliable products that meet the European Union's Directive 2011/65/EU as amended by 2015/863. CSF has either never used, or has eliminated the use of the listed banned hazardous substances from its manufacturing process, with no exceptions taken.

The following 10 substances are restricted under RoHS 2 and RoHS 3 directives:

  • Lead (Pb): < 1000 ppm
  • Mercury (Hg): < 100 ppm
  • Cadmium (Cd): < 100 ppm
  • Hexavalent Chromium: (Cr VI) < 1000 ppm
  • Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB): < 1000 ppm
  • Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE): < 1000 ppm
  • Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP): < 1000 ppm
  • Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP): < 1000 ppm
  • Dibutyl phthalate (DBP): < 1000 ppm
  • Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP): < 1000 ppm

Central Steel Fabricators certifies that all of the metal products, zinc plating, and paint coatings are in compliance with RoHS for all of the restricted hazardous substances.
